| It's been awhile since CD's: I was wondering which doccuments would be good to review for the exam? does it focus on A201 and B141?

BOTH.
You may also read AHPP (if you can afford it-time vise). This would pretty much cover "Professional & Practice management" content area.

i really didn;t have time to go through both AIA docs in detail, so I chose to spend most of the avialable time on B141 - i figured, we would be tested more on what we as potential architects should know about contracts with clients, and not so much what a contractor should know about theirs
whether a flawed approach or not, it worked for me 
B141 - 75% of questions related to contracts vs.
A201 - 25%
