Hi,
I was wondering if anyone can clarify who is responsible for the different types of schedules/sequences. I understand their uses like:
CPM is a construction sequencing schedule (normally done by contractor)
Full wall is for project responsibility
Bar/Gantt chart show when start and finish dates
Data flow chart?
