I've seen it in the study materials.
Typically it will be civil engineering.

There's no single answer. It depends on the project, use, topography, structural system, etc.
The only answer I'd consider for exam purposes is whatever the AHPP says because NCARB seems to consider whatever the AIA says as gospel.

This is a loaded question and depends entirely on the project.
I allocate MEPE and Civil engineers and landscape architects generally about 60-65% of the overall design fees for a project.
Subsurface Geo-Technical services and special inspections can be expensive but are Owner responsibility and are not usually allocated as part of my project budget.
The single most expensive additional consulting fee I regularly pay on most projects is for Code consulting abstracts and reports.
This is not required. We just consider this to be insurance and part of our overall quality assurance program.
Other projectS may require traffic study engineering, elevator consultants, food service consultants, lighting consultants, data center experts, A/V consultants, etc. All of these additonal consultants are expensive.

I guess that the way I looked at it ...
let's say it's a hospital project so... MEP will have a very high fee... let's say it's a renovation job.... then Civil will be very low, because of the scope of the work... if the project is some type of an arena... than structural would get the highest fee...
stuff like that...
but what i would say is that our typical setup is with an MEP firm that provides all the MEP services and their fees aren't usuallly brocken down between the different discplines...so how can you tell if electrical is more the HVAC....
and the other thing might be an issue... maybe HVAC takes more coordination that say electrical and plumbing... on the other hand in a hospital job plumbing can be a b**ch!
you can tell i have no Idea what I'm talking about... just freeked out about this exam...
