I have not scheduled for the LEED PA exam yet. I haven't even bought the reference guide. The USGBC web site says current exam is based on NC v2.1. Would I be in disadvantage if I study the 2.1 and by the time of my exam it is changed to v2.2? Please advise.

Hello good Doctor,
I'm in need of a dosage of your finest LEED practice exam. I'd be much obliged if you would fire one off to me at costa040(AT)umn.edu. Do you think the version 2.2 test will differ dramatically? I suppose I'll find out if they select me as a guinea pig beta tester, but, since you know a lot that I don't, please fill me in.
On a side note, I got curious what the "Ph" stands for in PhD a bit ago. Rather than taking the 60 seconds to figure it out online, I'll just ask the source. Tell me it isn't "Phoney Doctor".

This may not make me popular, but I continue to be amazed at how many people post their e-mails and expect to magically get the mock exam in their inbox. Read the original message: it says "E-mail me and I will send you the questions and answers to last years exam: harvey.bryan(AT)asu.edu". In this instance Prof. Bryan hits reply, attaches the exam and is done. He is doing us all a favour and offering this great mock exam for free. Please take the first stept yourself and don't just expect him to keep checking here (which I doubt he actually does) and then send it to you.
Just my two cents...

This is how I did on mock exams today:
- *** mock exam: 40/73 (55%)
- Prof. Bryan's mock exam: 54/79 (68%), did it in 55 minutes
- Mock exam from FTP site: 85/100 (85%), did it in 25 minutes <-- where did this mock exam come from? It doesn't have a title on it.
Obviously there's a wide range. I found the CO mock exam challenging because of the 'pick three' type of answers, which I take it will be most like the actual exam. The others seemed more like straight multiple choice, i.e., like AREs where you still have a good chance just by guessing.
How are the rest of you doing on these mock exams?

update...
scored 56/73 and passed leed nc2.1 exam this morning.
Prof bryans exam is a great prep to see how the test questions are structured, but you will still need to study ref guide like everyone else says... i read the guide twice in part to make sure i didn't miss anything and to try and pick up a thing or two by osmosis!
questions are tough on the exam...worded better than the ARE, but the leed exam focuses in depth on complex scenarios...
good luck to all! no more exams please!!! besides, no more room on my business card!ha ha
