The USGBC guidelines are not much help on determining estimated electrical densities for plug loads and residential dwelling unit lighting loads in multi-family apartment projects.
Does anyone have any input values that they have used succesfully in the LEED related energy modeling of such projects? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
