I passed the CI with a 177 out of 170...probably 3 questions.  Everything posted on this forum about how to study is worth considering.  The test required an incredible amount of detailed memory recall.  The questions were flat out tricky, but almost identical to the C0 CI booklet and other comercial practice exams.  I would say 50% of the questions required picking "three answers".   Some of the questions would help to answer other questions, and they try to integrate credits, but you still have to remember the credits.  Don't count on using too much of your test taking skills on this one.  This is really a memory test.  Anyone that remembers the details can pass this one, and even the smartest exam takers who don't study won't pass.

I can't say I know much about greenbuilding, but I studied to pass the test.  Flash cards, practice exams and the abridged CI reference guide.  I never read the full referenced guide becuase I didn't think I could get much out of a 200 page book.  I hope its not another wasted "professional" license, I have too many of those right now.

I found probably 65+ percent of the test to be choose 2 or more for answers. The USGBC also doesn't account for getting part of the answer write. They count questions right or wrong see below from a email from them. "
Exam raw scores are converted using psychometrically sound algorithms which weigh and map each candidate’s raw score onto the common scale in the exact same method. Each score is then rechecked against the raw score as a validity check for discrepancies before returning a result to the client’s records. GBCI’s specific scoring algorithms for the LEED AP exams are proprietary, and have not currently been released to the public.

For items with multiple keys (answers), candidates currently have to choose each correct answer for the item to be scored. There is not currently any partial scoring on the LEED AP exams. Please let me know if you have any other questions regarding exam scoring or the psychometrics behind it."
