i don't think the exam is offered in march in san francisco (according to the CAB website). san francisco is being offered in february and july. is there something different than what's here:

I have been told that you will automatically receive the CSE application along with the letter from CAB reporting your ninth and final passing score. You should try to already have IDP or employment verification forms squared away by then.

Unfortunately, the CSE app did not arrive on Friday with my final ARE score. It seems that Building Technology is still showing up as "needed" on my CAB testing summary (neither pass nor fail, just the lone "X" in a solid column of "P's"), despite the fact that CAB has sent me two NCARB score reports showing that it has been passed. Seems like a pretty straightforward thing for them to fix, I'm just hopeful they'll do so expediently so I can get in line for an orals appointment, which I hear is pretty impacted now due to so many people like myself wrapping up 3.1 this year to beat out the 4.0 deadline. I'll be calling them first thing Monday to see if I can get it straightened out.
