Hi Future Exam Takers,
I have been working in the field for the past 5 years and never did think about actually taking the exam until my wife had received her Estimating Certification and pushed me that inch further. I've been watching what alot of people have been talking about and out of the ordinary, thought it to be a little funny. My best advice to anyone, get the book at Humber College and actually study it. My wife already had several materials that was useful from her courses that infact applied to a few questions. If you have someone who will prepare 20 exampled questions a night from the book and rotate them over a course of 30 days it will work. Having the Certified License isn't something that is given out easily that's why they make their questions as hard as possible. Looking for the answer isn't the way to go, you do have to know how to apply the task of each question. There were a couple that I will admit I wouldn't know where to start, but because I didn't know it and still passed, I still ended up coming home and still reading up on those incorrect questions, just to infact know what was the answer if I did run into this task in the field.
Just set a time frame each night and give yourself an hour or so, it pays off. By hoping to pass to get your license in a few weeks on the side of actually passing and reciving your license in a couple months isn't much of a difference.
Peace out and good luck to you all!
