I'm trying to open a new business and now I have to go through so many exams in one year(electrician, plumbing, home inspector).
Anybody is going into the same crazy ideas ?
Let me know-mabe I'm not the only Lonestar.
to become a residential designer here in Ontario...Housing Qualified...you must pass the Designer Legal Exam, 4 classes of part 9; Health& Safety, Envelope, Structural & HVAC...
to become an associate Home inspector...you need 5 baseline classes... 2-part 9; health&Safety , Part 9 Envelop.PLUS 2 reports. EXCEPT you want to start by being an applicant member, then you don't need these baseline ...only provide the Insurance.
This is like 1 stone 2 birds Effort...Being a Designer and Home Inspector at the same time...
Very tired and dedication here...not mention daily work! EXHAUSTED already!
I'm doing the same and so far all I need is part9 HVAC and a vacation.
