I am a newbie to this forum and have my bachelors degree from mumbai.
I am in the process of working on my online application and had some questions.
Let me start by explaining you the situation. Lets just consider one subject to understand the issue. Our transcript breaks up the education in a yearly manner as opposed to the semester pattern. I have a STRUCTURES class from 1997-1998 for 3hrs a week and the same class from 1998-1999 for 4 hrs/wk. Now, the online application doesnt allow you to enter the dates in that format (1997-1998). Now, a year has 2 semesters i.e. 32 weeks - 16 weeks every sem.
Hence for every year there are two entries for this subject, 3hrs/wk for 16 weeks in 1997 and 3 Hrs/wk for 16 weeks in 1998. Heres the problem, you would see another entry for 4hrs/wk for 16 weeks in 1998.
It will be great if someone could explain as to how to deal with this.
Thanks.

| 2 entries are fine. I entered all the hours by "semester". 1 year has 2 semesters. if I have different hours for each semesters, I entered twice.

Thanks, that helps.
I was just worried since they would see the same course listed thrice one below each other it would confuse them.
Thanks once again.
P.S Have you sent yours in?

| Course description and transcript should have the course #, which will differentiate the same course between 2 years. Even you do not have it, they will not be confused. I sent mine to EESA. They are fast and efficient agency, do good job. You just follow their direction, and no need to worry. Good luck!
