My name is John Wyka and I am offering for sale PASS x FLASH CSE, a set of 240 flashcards to help you prepare for the CSE. Previously available only through the Dean Lee Seminar, I am now selling these cards to the CSE community at large.
I recently passed the CSE, so I have up to date knowledge of the subject matter and tesing procedures. In addition to being a licensed architect I am also a member of the California State Bar Association. I practiced commerical law for several years, which allowed me to analyze the codes and regulations with an eye to how they affect the practice of architecture.

PASSxFLASH CSE contains the information you need to pass the California Supplemental Exam for Architects. A comprehensive flash card study aid, each package contains 240 flash cards covering all four exam categories set forth by the California Architects Board. Each card is color coded and indexed by category allowing you to focus on a particular area or to review for the entire exam. Each card has been researched and written to provide you with precise and accurate information.
PASSxFLASH CSE cards have been compiled from a variety of sources including those recommended by the California Architects Board. Pass by Flash has reviewed the actual text of the codes tested on the exam and distilled this information in a format that allows you grasp each code’s fundamental purpose, applicability, and procedures. Congratulations to everyone who passed the July exam!
Thanks for the great response during the last month. I plan to update the cards on annual or semi-annual basis. For those of you who have purchased PASSxFLASH CSE, please feel free to send me any comments or suggestions. I am also in the process of setting up a website that will contain more information as well as sample cards. It should be online in the next few weeks.
In the meantime, PASSxFLASH CSE can be purchased my sending an e-mail to mail(AT)passxflash.com. The cost of the cards are $50 plus sales tax and shipping. I accept credit cards through PayPal, personal checks or money orders.

Hello,
This is John. As many of you are aware, the California Architects Board is changing the CSE Test Plan effective with the January 2009 exam. Much of the information will be the same, but there will be an increased emphasis on the aspects of architectural practice unique to California.
I am in the process of creating a 2009 edition of PASSxFLASH CSE will be complete soon. For those of you taking the November 2008 exam I am still selling the current version of PASSxFLASH CSE. I also understand that many of you who have purchased PASSxFLASH CSE are scheduled to take the exam in 2009. I will email you with the details of an exchange program when the 2009 edition is ready.
