All materials are clean of markings and contain no highlighting. They are VERY gently used. Like new.

I'm asking $75 for the entire set. (Brand new this goes for 195.95 on Kaplans webpage). Please let me know if you're interested.

To the person who purchases this set of materials I can also throw in a copy of Ching's Building Construction Illustrated for only $10.

This is a GREAT book. I actually purchased a second copy when I thought I lost my first copy (and later found it again so I'm selling the second copy) and will keep this book as a reference even when I've completed the ARE's.
