Organized and check-list style of project completion process. I don't rely on your memory or mine. Flexible yet detail oriented.
If you have previous examples of work and standards, I can and will use that to generate projects. If you have Masterspec I would be able to put together project spec book. If you have ADA, IRC and IBC I would be able to provide code research per project requirements.
Resumè is lean and mean - bare bones - not a lot of fluff. Ask a question, get an answer, no mind reading, show me what you want and I'll be able to do it or I'll tell you I can't without help. Don't assume.
Goal is to become licensed and registered. Work comes first, my licensing is secondary but critical to long term employment. Help me and I'll help you.
