Hello,
I recently took the class in Santa Monica for Site planning and Building Technology with Umber Kazmi and thought the classes were fairly useful. I have not gotten my scores yet but it definitely made me feel more confident. I am not a good reader so going to a class and have a someone talk about the exam details and tips was very helpful for me. Hope this helps!

| I took the entire coures in Santa Monica, except for the MM which I passed two years ago. I had been planning on taking the CD's test during the prior two years but could never bring myself to seriously study. The classes gave me a schedule that I could follow and put the pressure on so that I didn't get behind the next class. I have taken all but MEP and the graphic's division "building planning." I have passed all of the tests to this point and completed all these by following the "1 week" plan. It's well worth it if you are willing to take it seriously and put in the work. Study 4 hours a day, everyday! life has gotten in the way recently and therfore I haven't completed the final two...stay on schedule with the class as it's much easier to stay focused. Best of luck!!!! Well worth the money.

I took the course in Pasadena this year. I passed all the MC tests with the one test per week method. (although I took 2 weeks for GS and ME.) I'm waiting on the graphic tests results.
I would strongly recommend this course. I could not have passed without taking it.

I just finished the FAST course in Dallas...and WOW! Not only do I feel more prepared for the exams, but I am actually LOOKING FORWARD to taking them! I never thought I would say THAT before! 
Umber Kazmi is a really good instructor, keeps the class on track and makes sure that she doesn't leave anyone behind...but she goes FAST, which is great because you don't get bored or lose focus, it was an excellent pace. I suggest you bring a digital recorder so you can catch the stuff you might miss as you take notes, you really want to pay attention as she explains the concepts.
I was very impressed with the instructor and the course!
