Hi all, just wanted to pass this along and help others out there who are struggling with the Graphic portion of the ARE...
I recently attended a GRAPHICS seminar course for SP,BP, and BT this past weekend in the New Orleans, LA area:

I think this Seminar group would be available to go anywhere in the country if sponsored by the local AIA chapter of that particular state.
I thought the instructors were very good.
However, they did alot of re-reading of the Powerpoint presentation which was also verbatim of the handout they gave out.
The best part for me was the instructors were very good about asking and answering questions. They were really willing to help us for any questions we had.
I really gained alot from the question/answer parts versus the powerpoint stuff.
I would recommend this as a tool just before taking the exam. I wish I had taken the time to study more before this seminar, but I still found it an encouragement and a helpful resourse.

I too thought the seminar was very informative, the instructors were well prepared, they did re-read the Powerpoint presentation, but over all good experience. HOWEVER, DO NOT BOTHER PAYING THE EXTRA $200++ DOLLARS TO HAVE THEM GRADE MOCK TESTS!!!!!!!!! That was a complete waste of my money! The first mock test I received back was incorrectly graded and would have caused me to fail the exam. The second one, they had for 60 +++ days and it arrived the day before I took my exam. I had already received many better critiques through the forum for free! And the last test, I NEVER got back and took the exam. When I asked for a refund, they said "sorry" but they are willing for me to use it as a credit for an item on their website. However, there is nothing on there site that 1), I need, or 2) is close to $55.00. I think it was a big rip off. Goes to prove, Buyer beware!
