I took GS on Oct 11th, and didn't get the result yet..... It's been more than 3 weeks....
Anyone had to wait this long? Here is Chicago.

UGH that sucks...def. not what i wanted to hear...I am waiting in Illinois too, but I just tested last thurs.
I would say your results SHOULD arrive this week! Thats an awfully long time!

In kansas, it has been 4 weeks to the day for all of my multiple choice test that I have taken (3). Probably does not help for CA or IL, but thought I would offer some comment.

| They have been averaging 2 to 2 1/2 weeks here in Massachusetts. Took GS on Oct. 3 got results on the 2oth. Took LF on Oct 21st have not heard yet

I took GS on 10/13 and got my pass letter yesterday, 11/05.
About 2.5 week turnaround time here in California.
I agree with aaronlee, the longer the wait the better the news.
Now waiting for LF results.

I contacted ncarb this morning, and got the reply back like this below...
.....Thank you for your e-mail. Test results were held up for a few weeks at Prometric for a quality control check, but we have received word from Prometric yesterday that the scores were being mailed out today to me here at NCARB and the state boards to send to their candidates. Once I receive the results, I will mail them out the same day or no later than the next morning.....
Because of this 'quality control' I have been in hard time.... Hope that I can get a good result as a reward....

OH that REALLY sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope it's a pass after all the heck you've been through!!!!!!
I have had horrific experiences with Prometric and NCARB (see my past posts if interested).....I understand your pain!
I'm not expecting results for at least another week or more.....seeing the postal guy is still super painful. Instant nausea and the desire to tackle him when he nears my mail slot. Perhaps I will have my 5 year old start checking the mail for me. My dh is usually good for checking and scanning all mail while I await test results...but he's working late coaching.
I think it's ridiculous that we cannot get an instant pass/fail after taking a MC exam (as stated in another post). Why torture us.....Besides the simple fact that they CAN!

I agree. LEED gives you immediate results.
About the mail, I have replaced our secretary as the mail getter for the last year. It seems everyday is a nervous ride down the elevator to the mail room. And then, usually, nothing is in there.

Finally, I got the pass letter after 5 weeks and 3 days waiting..... Like others said, it was one of the hardest..... I had to do 7 - 9 educated guesses out of 15 calculation questions..... and, wierd wordy questions were also hard to me since English is not my mother language....
Anyway, I got passed.... and very very happy....

Yeah, after almost 5 weeks in Chicago, also got the PASS letter.....on the same day as taking LF. Hoping for the best.
Weird tho, it was a copy of the letter and not the original as they usually do....but i'll take a pass anyway.
