I notice that all the force diagrams use the designation '#' after every force. i assume this is supposed to represent 'pounds', or 'pound force', right?

and is 'pound' and 'pound force' the same thing when dealing with force diagrams and resolving forces?

# = pounds. There are no stupid ?'s in structures. Keeping units straight is very important. :cool:
