After finishing the Bldg. Section for the CD exam, i couldn't find (and was nervous about hitting buttons that might erase the work) the exit button. so i waited 20 min till the time ran out. then i went through 3 screens to exit the exam, then finally i got the polymetric screen.
So my question is " Is there a wrong way to exit these exams?" and "Am i missing something and why cant i find this button"?
Im taking PPP in a week and feel i might run into the same problem..... is there anyone else with this issue or is it just me?

I've had similar problem, even with practice program. Just took my first exam today, and was a little nervous about it. I just got up and told proctor I was done, and she exited program for me, then had me finish the little survey myself. I know there's a way to get to the exit--I think it's to go back to vignette selection? Definitely not intuitive.
Just crappy design of the program.
But with PPP you'll be fine because there's only one, and you'll probably finish well before time's up.
Goood luck!

how was your experience on the PPP exam? I am scheduled to take this exam in about 2 weeks, and would be curious to learn what your experience/thoughts on the exam was.
as for the exiting the exam issue, I took CDS back in July, and had no issues exiting the exam. I cannot remember if I had to click multiple buttons, or single button.

Oh I'm working on a little summary of my impressions of the exam, what did and didn't work in terms of prep, and all that.
Will post in a separate thread maybe tomorrow (still recovering from this one!)
No huge surprises, and I suspect having taken CDS first will be a good foundation.
More later

I just got back from my SS exam, so it is fresh in my mind. You exit the graphics section by going to "Review vignettes" (bottom left of graphics screen), then back to Vignette selection, where there is an option at the bottom to exit the exam. They then ask you about 3 different times "are you sure you want to exit?"
I am guessing this design is in response to the complaints from people who accidentally exited early. I would rather have it too hard to exit than too easy.
