Hello,
I am new to the forum, took CDS Wednesday and on to PPP....
Question for all PPP folks, are you reading any of the supplemental texts that Ballast (and probably Kaplan) lists at the beginning of the study guide? Feeling like PPP is a bit beyond my practice area, and wondering if i need to read any of the 20 - 30 texts that are listed to get a good base, or is Ballast's ARE review manual adequate for this exam? I also have AHPP, the NPS info, and my old history notes from school.
I appreciate any advice from you all!

| Since you just took CD you have a good understanding of the contracts A201, B141, and C141. That' s all I will add to the list of review.

Look over the history , particularly as it applies to settlement/development patterns and land use. I would also look at the SPD material briefly to get an idea for it as PPP & SPD have some similar content.
Practice, practice, practice the vignette and software. Post to the Forum for feedback.

| If you haven't already taken the test. .I just took it and all I really studied were mainly Ballast and AIA docs, only skimmed thru Kaplan, that's about it. I felt pretty decent finishing this test (as opposed to CDs, which I studied a lot more for), so I think this study material was enough. My work experience seemed to help a bit for this test, but it seemed much more straightforward than CDs, which was a pleasant surprise. The Kaplan History study guide would be good to go through if you've got time. Good luck!
