Here is another attempt at the 4.0 NCARB test.  Please take a look and give me any critical advice you can afford!

c'mon guys! 34 views and not even a "certain failure".   I know I could just send this to the 3.1 forum but I'd like to try and get the 4.0 crew helping each other out.

Alright, Ill take a stab, us 4.0 have to stick together

Not that I know anything, as I am going to be taking the same test as well, but here is my 2 cents.

The scale of the drawing is somewhat small, so its legibility is hard to read (I dont know what your finished pad is at).  I am assuming that you made the radius of your circles 5' (rather than 2.5'), which is why you like the center point on the contour line...

Your "saddle" looks like it could be a little bit closer together, at least the points of it anyways.

It also appears that you could regrade 108 above your saddle to encourage the water to shed off to the top and bottom of the saddle, rather than leaving it flat, maybe make a ridge so the water is already going up and down before reaching your saddle.

In general, your swales seem to be a little tight (and pointy), if you widened them out a little, you could create a bigger swale (105, 106, 107), and space them apart a little bit more, having one tie into the other a little bit more.  If that makes any sense...
Hope that helps, I think overall it looks good, just small things...
