Lili,
As other people have said on this forum (and I'm not sure because NCARB shows it the way you have it) your saddle should come more to a point.
Also I would leave a little room around the monument, probably about 2'6 to 3' Though NCARB doesn't show it like that either that's what other people are saying.
Other than that I think it looks fine, and IMHO would pass as is, but I'm no expert.
Did you have NALSA preview this one? If so what did they say?
