Took a stab at it... I think I've met all requirements but know that i could clean things up a bit more. watched the video's on the ftp site which were invaluable.
Anyway, have at it:

SE corner of PP is not protected from winter winds.
You could probably eliminate the 3 westernmost new C trees. They don't really help due to the direction of the wind. That would also improve the view of OT entry from Bentley.
Missing a sidewalk from PP to the public sidewalk.
