My concern is if the C trees are in fact blocking also the view to the OT entrance...

yeah, I think they are blocking the view, and so is the restaurant.
i'd face the OT north and get better visibility that way.
also make sure to keep the 5' clearance between driveway and bldg (see rest'nt service entry)

It looks good to me. You may want to make a parking that is a bit more compact. (take a look at mine). I find that a 3-bay parking works fine. The rest seems ok from here. I like your pedestrian access separate from the vehicular entrance, I hadn't thought of it.

The NW corner of the PP seems exposed to the wind,
extension of walkway to Std parking not needed,
Perhaps you can improve the size of the paved area...and the service driveway turn.
