I have Ballast book volume II published in 1988. It doesn't say edition #, so I assume it's the first edition... It contains 29 chapters including solutions.
My questions would be... Does anyone know if there are any big difference btwn this old old version and the current edition? Is it useless and better to purchase new one only for MEP??
Thank you for any kind of comment or advice~

i haven't taken this exam yet, but for the most part, the exam has not changed significantly since then, so i wouldn't spend money on a new book...the concepts should be the same
i have used study material as old as 1980 to study for the exams I have taken over the last year+ (and i've passed them all the first time)
