this exam has the lowest passing rate....
so, study like the last day for this and don't forget to cross your fingers.

Hi Grasp - I failed the first time (literally the first exam I have failed in my life time - 45+years...
Sorry - this is how hit-and-miss this exam was.
Meanwhile, IMO most of the questions were derived from MEEB vs the study guides which skip a little to lightly on the very few questions that they ask pertaining to anything you will study.
Based on my last dreadful experience (and the grader's comments), I am focusing on electrical systems, lighting (FYI my masters degree was on lighing - hah!), fire protection and vertical trasnportation.
