Thanks for posting this quiz. I only missed one so now I feel a little better going into tomorrow's exam. I know some very random facts - am hoping they will carry me through. I've taken 4 tests in 3 weeks and have no results back yet. I have GS, BP, BT, and ME scheduled in the next 4 weeks!

I have never had anyone around me reading allen. I have a couple of batchmates some of whom have taken the exam in recent past and did that by only reading ALS. I am unsure of this Allen thing.

Really good STC explanation site with stud wall values and masonry wall values with diagrams. Not hard to read or too techy.

A web site that would be very helpful is:

http://www.cr.nps.gov/hps/tps/briefs/presbhom.htm

I just took the test, and came home to find out that there were more than a few questions from the briefs on this website (mainly renovating existing structures kind of stuff).

This site is a great resource for Materials, fixtures, Mechanical/Electrical systems and anything pertaining to sustainability.  What I like about this site is it uses real case studies and has a good pro/cons on each topic

Hope it helps
