Test was not easy...very very comprehensive!!!
I recommend reading books throughly to understand all the basic concepts and beyond.
Wikipedia search for those items posted on revised Redrover list may help you a lot to understand conceptually and visually even though it may take a lot of reading.

Hey please elaborate for the rest of us quivering chickens!!!! after your warning post!!!!
What I want to know is did it have a lot of CD and PD questions on it???
What did you study?
I hope you passed dude... and it was just one of those things, like others have said... that they felt they failed but they actually passed!!!

Hi, sorry for the late reply...
Yes, there were about (10) CD questions and (5) PD questions.
I somehow lost Kaplan, Ballast and ArchFlashcards during the course of study. They were just gone from my desk!!! driving me crazy!!! ended up reading Allen book cover to cover and all the Posts in FTP site. This post -> m_m_notes_2.pdf helped me the most as well as Redrover list!
Good luck on your exam! I wouldn't be too nervous...there are a lot of commom sense embeded in those questions... just relax and ride the wave!
