| Does anyone know if there is ANY time frame limitation on when addenda should be published; anything about 7 days prior to bids being due?

Since many architects will issue addenda whenever it is in the interest of the project, and since bidding requirements may be set by the Owner, there is no standard upon which a valid test question can be based.
In my opinion, this specific type of question is unlikely to appear on the exam.

§ 3.4.3 Addenda will be issued no later than four days prior to the date for receipt of Bids except an Addendum withdrawing the request for Bids or one which includes postponement of the date for receipt of Bids.

If the addenda is published two days before bids are due and it postpones the bid date by a week, how many days before the bid date was the addenda published?
That's is why (besides the obscurity) it would be so difficult to construct a valid test question on this.

Yeah, but it's a fun factoid that I'll be sure to drag out should the conversation be slow at a cocktail party someday. Won't I be the life of the party!
