I took a practice test and the question was
A university classroom building falls into which occupancy group.
a. M
b. E
c. A
d. B
The answer is d. business... isnt it b. Educational??
Is this a misprint?

No, that's not a misprint.
Spaces used for education of people in Kindergarten through 12th grade are categorized as Occupancy Group E.
Spaces used for education of people beyond grade 12 are classified as Occupancy Group B.
It may help you to skim the chapter of IBC that discusses occupancy groups.
