- Day Care close to Monument w/view
- Day Care entry visible from Bentley
- School close to Day Care
- Play Gnd. 6,800sf, entry visible to Day Care, Shade, no Wind

Just one question,
I also have done this scheme and your solution is somewhat similar to mine except I did not tilt the building.
I have a question: Why are you making the service driveway stop 5' in front of "canopy". I thought for the service drive you either have to align with canopy or be 5' away from the main building outline (like you have done in your other schemes).

Hi claudia. I like to take the alts literally and in this one the canopy area is colored blue like the building. So I interpreted the canopy area as building and spaced my drive 5' from the building. Nothing too serious, just tying to keep to the program. T

Canopy could be a change of material. Nobody knows what those things are and NCARB is not talking.
