I sketched this up real quick, with turnaround at parking but no islands. Also killed 6 trees max. Can any one comment on: 1. Should the rectangles at the buildings be trated as existing paved areas (stoops or ramps) so you would not need to add patio across these areas 2. Should you always use the double loaded parking, unlike what I showed.  Thanks!!

Only one sidewalk from PP to the public sidewalk is required.

Sidewalk running ot Academy is most likely within the pond setback.

PP is not fully protected from winter winds.

Restaurant entry does not receive nooon-day sun.

H spaces are not completely within 100' of the OT entry.

PP canoverlap the white rectangles at buiding entries.

Is the drive closer than 5' to the south side of the restaurant?

general question - can the PP come in direct contact with the buildings like that? Does the 5' setback requirement apply?

Thanks for the feedback!

Just a clarification...I had seen one of professor Dorf's solutions where he rotated the restaurant about 5 degrees so that the entry was pointing a bit more towards south. Would this help cover the "noon day sun" requirement or does the restaurant need to be oriented north to south?

For noon-day sun, the entry must face due south.
