On grade 32 at the upper right hand side of the pad I would reduce the "throat" of that swale a bit to converge more on the next swale down. Right now it appears that on the left side of the swale it curves back to the pad a bit and may allow water to run back onto the pad.
Other than that I think this one looks good. I'm testing on Friday so any other input from the other members on this one would be appreciated as well.
