I would greatly appreciate any comments. Some questions I have:
Where should I take the 100' radius? Is if located where the arrow points or do I need to take it from the line of the front facade?
Is it all right that a service vehicle would have to back up and turn to get out of the city hall service drive?
I've been drawing the handicap spaces at the center line of the perpendicular drive, is that adequate room for the handicap spaces to back up?
