It seems stair area is a little bit tight. 36" door (one leaf only) should be sufficient. You may consider to have the railing only when there is an elevation change on the east side of the ramp (near wall). I believe you can stop the railing, on the landing, near wall. Hope it helps. Otherwise it seems fine to me. Best,
