If your service drive is a full 5' or more away from the restaurant, I think it looks pretty good. The whole thing could probably be a little more efficient with the paving amounts (maybe by killing all the allowable trees since there is no reward for saving any extra), but I doubt you'd fail for a reason so insignificant.

Only other thought is that you could probably get the office tower a bit 'closer' to the pond area. But overall, that's a pass.

On second glance, also not sure what that one new deciduous tree you added by the restaurant is doing for you. It would only serve to provide shade for your service drive, which isn't called for.

th hc park spots look a little far away. make sure they are withing the allowable radius. if the restaurant blocks the wind for pp east you do not need the that C tree. and ot is a little far away, could be closer. and if skiwi saw this he would hound you for your use of buffers... ill say it for him. they are not necessary and take up your time and site space to create.

    Default Thanks for the comments!!

I double checked my HC and the furthest corner is just barely within the 100' radius... I am torn about the OT comment whether it ashould be closer to the pond or not, it seems like it would just make it harder to keep it within the HC prking radius...I agree about the comment on the deciduous tree but a line from the program confused me: "The view of the service entrance shall be blocked by buildings or trees as appropriate" which I interpreted as possibly using a decid tree to seasonally screen part of the drive but not as important as screening the drive from the PP side?? Maybe I approached it with the wrong mentality, like " why is there a decid tree tool if were not supposed to use it?"
I am confused I have heard comments on both sides about buffers? necessary or not necessary??

D tree there in the event a vignette requires appropriate use of them, or you could screw yourself and use them and demonstrate poor understanding of how trees should be used.
