Building Section Vignette: 1st try

Please review my first attempt at this vignette.
I worked the vignette as follows:

1. footings
2. slab on grade
3. ext. bearing walls
4. finished ceiling to establish height
5. clearance for light fixture & sprinklers
6. found largest duct size on floor then ducts being cut
7. joists being cut by section
8. parapets

Your slab is not on grade. You are showing it under the grade line.

The bottom of the footing should be 5' below grade.(Refer to Passing soultion on the Ncarb Guideline)

The bottom of footing or top of footing at 5' is acceptable, remember the term below frost line
