when going to JO there's a corridor where apparently a wheelchair wont be able to turn 180 degrees. You might want to show a 5FT circle there if that is not the case.
Everything else looks fine to me.

you're right. I should have did an L-Shape for the lunch room, so as to square off the RBO.

Are we allowed to make small corridors in this vignette. Technically, it is still opening up to the RBO, isn't it?

There are no corridors in the IL, one 5' turning circle is required in each space. It can be anywhere.

Looka like a pass to me

I spoke too soon. Everything in the vignette is a pass except you blocked the entry door cfa which renders the entire office suite inaccessible. Big error and would definately be cause for fail. Make sure your entry door has a cfa as well. It counts too.

There is 4'x4' clearance there. I checked before time was up. It is a close call, however. Thanks for insight.

The door in plan is actually a 4' door. Maybe I should correct it and add it to my dropbox site. Clearly a minor flaw in the alternate background.

You still need the 12" on the latch side of the entry door, regardless of how wide your door is.

FYI... this is not the FTP Alt #2 floor plan.
