First shot at the roof, please comment.

I could use some clarification on the vent stacks and exhaust fans. Directions say 1 fan for each toilet room, and then vent stacks where required...does that mean one for each fixture, one per pair of fixture at a common wall, etc? Also, some program directions call for fans at the stove, but not this one. Can we assume that locations and quantity of fans will specifically be called out, or are there some rules of thumb to go by?
