This should be entertaining. I doubt I'm the only one who has experienced this. It may even be educational for others to know what to expect. So let's share our burden. Please post your best.
SSc2: TECHNICAL ADVICE: Please provide documentation to demonstrate that the stated residential district with a minimum density of 10 units per acre is existing. In addition, include the highlighted residential district on the site map showing the 0.5 mile radius. It was shown on the map submitted, it's across the street from the project, or is that too close. And any web search engine would have shown it exists. WEc1.2: TECHNICAL ADVICE: Please provide a narrative to describe the landscaping design strategies installed on the site. Define the "seed mix" plantings to be installed. There is no irrigation. So why does the seed mix matter? EQc7.2: TECHNICAL ADVICE: Please provide the following: 1. Confirm that the survey was distributed within the first 6 to 18 months of occupancy. Redistribute the survey if necessary to comply with credit requirements. 2. A more detailed narrative or resubmit the LEED Submittal Template to include a more detailed narrative that includes specific information regarding the proposed corrective action plan developed for the project. 2. Everyone was either satisfied or very satisfied with air temps and lighting controls. No corrective action needs to be done. Why do you need my corrective action plan? EQc8.1: TECHNICAL ADVICE: Please provide additional information regarding the use of the 2nd floor spaces, such as the practice rooms, open area and secondary space to demonstrate that they have been appropriately excluded from the calculations. What additional information do you want? Really, really, they're not normally occupied spaces. EQc8.2: TECHNICAL ADVICE: Please provide the following: 1. Additional information regarding the use of the 2nd floor spaces, such as the practice rooms, open area and secondary space to demonstrate that they have been appropriately excluded from the calculations. 2. Project drawings (both plan and sectional views) indicating the line of sight from interior spaces through exterior windows. 1. I cross my heart they're not normally occupied. Besides, it has the same windows as the 1st floor which does comply. 2. Why do I need a sectional view for each seat? Their desks are literally next to the windows. IDc1.1: TECHNICAL ADVICE: This approach appears to qualify for an ID credit. However, GGHC MRp2 requirements were not provided to demonstrate that the listed lamps are compliant. Please provide documentation to demonstrate that the listed lamps are compliant with GGHC MRp2 requirements. I already copy/pasted the GGHC requirements for low mercury lamp text into the form when I submitted this but if you need it in the original pdf version let me attach it.
